Can I Return or Exchange My Purchased Items for Any Reason?
Yes you can always return within 15 days of your Online purchase (with original slips),if you have not used or opened the product. It must be sent back in original condition. You will have to send it back to us at your own cost of shipping; it will take 7-10 days to processes your exchange after receiving back our products. In case where the product is broken / used or opened we will decline the exchange.
In case you want to exchange of an item which was purchased from any of our physical outlet, you can only get it done from same outlet with original bill within 15 days.
Returns and Exchanges can be requested within 15 days after fulfillment of your order for the following reasons
- Wrong products delivered
- Missing products in the order
- Damaged products delivered
- Expired products delivered
Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with the purchase of products, you may exchange it in 7 days from delivery date. Products will only be exchanged if they are in their original condition. This entails that they are unused, not damaged, all stickers and tags intact and packed in their original packing.
If there is a change in your order amount due to the exchange, in cases where the exchange order value is below original order value, the balance amount will be provided to you as store credit. In cases where the exchange order value is above original order value, you can choose to pay by card or through cash at the time of delivery.
How long does it take to get a refund?
- Store Credit: Within 1-2 business days after quality check
- Bank Deposit: Within 7-12 business days after quality check
- Credit Card Reversal: Within 1-3 business days after quality check
